Gotcha beat, Linda. Guy passed me on the Richmond bypass at 80 mph with a newspaper spread across the steering wheel.

I talk about this in class (I'm a drivers ed teacher)....we've seen all kinds of crap. Eating....makeup...shaving.....brushing teeth. Amazing what people will do in the car.

I saw a dog drive a car once. He wasn't doing anything crazy, other than being a dog... who was driving a car.
