HELP WANTED ADS:

Wanted: someone with graphic imaging skills to assist technically challenged CrittervilleCove.com members with the creation of their own personal avatars (recommended size 175x175 pixels), and perhaps other graphic images on a per need basis.
Pay: minimal, but I will buy you several rounds of brews next time I see you down at the Tiki Bar or one of the other watering holes in town

Job Description: A separate group will be created here at CrittervilleCove.com; CC citizens seeking advice will post their questions in the discussions within the group. Other CC citizens may also post responses to these advice questions. The official Advice Columnist will occasionally (island time) post the best questions and responses as well as his/her response in a column in the Critterville Cove Tiki Times weekly newspaper.

I don't have any skills in making avatars, but it's good to know what the recommended image size is.

I can do simple resizing of pictures for avatars. I'm not schooled enough in photoshop to do custom stuff, but I'll volunteer to resize images (and even find images to resize) for folks.

I'll apply for the advice columnist. My profession requires good listening skills and the careful prescripting of advice both theological and non-theological. I have been told that I have wisdom beyond my years I don't know if that is true or not, we'll see. :)

Excellent! We'll get you set up a.s.a.p. with a forum or group where our fellow citizens can post questions seeking your sage advice. Do you have a non de plume yet? Perhaps "Ask Brother Brad" or "Dear Tiki Church Advice Dude"?
