Took a different approach tonight on some taco meat. I cooked up some meat as normal, I don't use taco seasoning packets, because you/I have all the same ingredients in the cabnits and fridge.
1 pound of meat
chopped onion however much you like
fresh garlic same as above
salt same as above
garlic powder same as above
pepper same as above
cayenne pepper couple tsp
1 to 1 1/2 cup of medium chunky salsa
I had a box of " Tony Chachere's Red Beans and Rice" that I cooked up and placed on top of the meat, cheese, lettuce, cream and onion. Damn good
I even tried the same on top of some Frito's....Damn good
