Whats your favorite rum?
There are many to choose from... the Captains, Rum Jumbie, Bacardi... but whats your favorite? My personal favorite you can only get in the Bahamas.. its a brown bottle that says rum in big bold letters with a picture of a banana on it. Thats it! I want to say it was like $8! And damn... that was some good stuff!

Appleton Estates Extra (12 year old). Lovely stuff, that. Makes a great mai tai.

I love the rum from Trinidad, but it doesn't show up here very often.
We were given a big bottle of Appleton's last time we were in Jamaica--FREE rum is good!
My home bar usually has Lamb's Navy Rum available, to mix with Diet Coke.
And Pyrat--yum! -
